5 China is AMAZING

This was the 2nd time I've travelled as an assistant teacher with NETC/WorldStrides to China. On this trip we visited Beijing, Chengdu, Tibet and Shanghai. This trip was even better than the first! The accommodations were first rate. The tour guides were friendly and informative. Each day was jam packed with activities and I have no doubt our students received a great value for the money they invested.

We visited so many sites such as the Forbidden city in Beijing, Pandas in Chengdu and Potala Palace in Lhasa that even now I can not believe it. Our students (and the two teachers) have returned home with not only thousands of memories, but with a new perspective on the world.

I can not recommend it enough.

Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this trip to a friend.

5 My China Experience

I really enjoyed my stay in China. With all of the amazing tours and activities we were able to do I definitely felt like I got my money's worth. One of the things I disliked was that the restaurants tried to "Americanize" our food because they thought that, that was what we would prefer. However, I am glad that the company was able to fix that for us. I don't think we should have had to pay extra to get REAL Chinese food I think that should be included or at least asked to each group. We went to China to experience the culture and what they had to offer not what they thought we would enjoy. Other than that the over all experience was great. This is a trip that I will never forget. Thank you.

Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this trip to a friend.

4 Plus or minus

Gordon our tour guide was great along with drivers Pearcy and Ernie. The entire trip was wonderful up to the last few days. I thought we were in Tzaneen too long. this was not our tour guide/comany's fault. it was chosen by our group leader who seemed to have his own personal agenda the last few days. I felt he was not upfront with this agenda and we rushed through site seeing one day so he

Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this trip to a friend.
